We use 1/4” polycarbonate because it’s the strongest side-by-side windshield material you can get. It’s 250 times stronger than glass and 25 times stronger than acrylic, so it can handle just about anything without cracking or breaking. It’s also lightweight. And when you pair it with XR Optic Hard Coating, this UTV windshield is truly built for battle.

Our proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating gives this windshield superior scratch resistance that you can’t get anywhere else. It’s coated on both sides so that it won’t turn into a streaky mess when you blast through a mud hole or plow through some brush. With excellent UV resistance, you won’t get sunspots, yellowing, or fading just from riding in the sun.
